A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Humility. Devotion. Loyalty.
Those are the three values the empire of Engwor was founded on. Listen to your superiors, do your job, and most importantly of all, keep your complaints to yourself. You've chosen to do none of that and now you suffer for it. You, Norakh, have effectively been exiled, banished to a corner of the empire where you have never belonged. Your only hope now is to find the most unlikely of allies and gather a force to strike back against the unbreakable bastion they call The Shepherd.
Features.
While this game is still in development and currently only contains the prologue, I can share some details:
The current build has approximately 2,000 words. The next one will have around 10,000 - 12,000 and the final build is expected to have 60,000 words. It's definitely possible that it will have way more, though.
There will be five endings in total. Which one you get will depend on the amount of time spent with the different characters.
A flowchart for each day so you can keep track of choices and consequences. As of right now, it only has one day, of course.
Content warning.
While I chose not to mark this game as 18+, it will contain violence, swearing, and sensitive subjects (none of those are in the prologue, of course). I personally do not find the (future) content of this game severe enough to warrant an 18+ rating, but I would recommend you not to play it if you are under the age of 14. Unfortunately, itch.io does not offer that as an option, so I had to include the warning like this.
More importantly, take care of yourself first. You know yourself best, and you can best decide whether or not you want to keep playing.

Hello ! Hope you are well ! The idea of the story is nice with quite a few links that we can find in our own world. I think using fantasy to discuss these topics is a wonderful idea.
I don’t know what kind of feedback to give since it’s still in progress, so maybe what I’m saying are things already planned!
For the intro, I would have added a few visuals, even simple ones, to present the universe, the Shepherd’s fortress, for example, a map of the empire, etc.
The music is well-chosen to present the concept, I think.
The idea of the flowchart is good, I hope you’ll keep it for the rest of the game.
For the raven character, I would have added some onomatopoeia to characterize him more.
Good luck with the rest of the development!
Thanks a lot for the encouragement! It's all definitely a work in progress still, which, yes, also includes images for the opening bit. Adding onomatopoeias for the raven is a good suggestion too, one I haven't thought of before (and I learned a new word too)
